In The Woods
Artist/Craftsman's Statement:
My approach to woodworking is two tiered. I like to combine the interests and desires of my customers with my experience and craftsmanship to form a unique product that will completely satisfy my customer.

I enjoy working with many different woods and in a variety of styles. As a craftsman, I am open to all kinds of new ideas.  I like to blend these ideas with the knowledge I have accumulated during 30 years of woodworking to create a truly artistic piece.

Combining different woods in one piece showcases the beauty of wood. I am very visually aware, and get my design ideas from everywhere. I appreciate many designs and styles of yesteryear and I try to incorporate them into newer pieces. I am always striving for excellence.

Layered with my knowledge of wood and my love of design, is my enjoyment of working with people. My hope is to help them discover and acquire something that will last more than a lifetime.
